The Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale is a questionnaire for kids aged 8–15 (with a parent version for younger children). It measures different types of anxiety, including social anxiety, separation anxiety, fears, and panic symptoms.

Industry experts from renowned universities.
Our assessment package is designed to give you a clear understanding of your child’s emotional, behavioural, and learning needs.
The first session will be taken by a Consultant Psychologist to understand your child’s background, concerns, and goals, and to plan the right set of assessments.
The other three sessions will be taken by a Clinical Psychologist who will conduct detailed assessments and observations to explore your child’s strengths and areas that may need support.
After the sessions, you’ll receive a detailed report along with clear guidance on the next steps for therapy, school, or home support.
How it works
Children who worry frequently, fear separation, or avoid new situations, which may affect friendships, school participation, and daily routines.
Parents noticing clinginess, stomach aches, sleep issues, or constant reassurance-seeking, indicating their child may be struggling with anxiety.
Teens experiencing test anxiety, social fears, or panic-like symptoms that impact academic performance, social life, and self-confidence.
Families seeking clarity on whether a child’s fears or excessive worry are part of an anxiety pattern that could benefit from professional guidance.
The Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale (SCAS) is a trusted assessment tool designed to help parents, teachers, and clinicians understand a child’s specific anxiety patterns. It provides meaningful insights that guide support and treatment in daily life, school, and social settings.
SCAS goes beyond general worry to uncover different forms of anxiety, such as social anxiety, separation anxiety, or specific phobias, helping families address the right concerns.
The assessment shows how anxiety affects a child’s school performance, friendships, and home life, giving a realistic picture of challenges and strengths.
Results provide a roadmap for parents and clinicians to plan counselling, coping strategies, or other interventions tailored to the child’s needs.
SCAS is widely used by mental health professionals around the globe as a reliable tool to guide anxiety care in children.

The CDI helps identify depression in children, including sadness, low energy, or overlapping emotional difficulties. Early assessment allows therapists to provide targeted child depression counselling and support emotional wellbeing.
BASC-3 gives a comprehensive view of a child’s behavioral and emotional wellbeing, highlighting challenges at home or school. It supports child behaviour assessment and guides personalized therapy plans.
VSMS evaluates how a child’s emotional understanding connects to social maturity and daily life skills. It helps identify areas for child development support and plan effective interventions.
